Keeping Sales and Sales Reps Healthy

When meeting face-to-face isn’t possible, how can you still have a productive, consultative, person-to-person sales interaction? There’s still pressure to spend time with customers, keep the sales cycle progressing and hit sales numbers, so reps need to have a way to continue to sell even if they have to change the ways in which they do it.
Thankfully, StorySlab outfits sales team with tools that let them continue the highly personal, fast-paced sales conversations that need to feel in-person even when both sides can’t be in the same room.
You already know the power of the StorySlab sales app when used face-to-face. The interface and content organization are optimized to bring real-time flexibility to conversations that happen at the speed of sales.
Here’s how to take advantage of StorySlab when selling to customers at-a-distance:
StoryCast
Sales reps can easily share their StorySlab app screen from anywhere using StoryCast for iPad, a built-in screen-share utility with no separate PC or webcasting software needed. Simply invite your customer/audience by sending a link and password from inside the app and click ‘begin StoryCasting’ to share. This allows for a live broadcast that a customer can watch in their browser. This is a great way to quickly and easily make a remote sales call interactive and personal.
App Mirroring/Web Share
iPad apps can be shared to a desktop using tools like Reflector and AirServer to become part of any small or group web meeting using whatever web conferencing software your team already uses. Windows 10 and Android apps generally allow your screen to be shared directly into your web conferencing tools (without mirroring software required in between).
Share+
Share+ is the ultimate way to share content with customers whether in person or not. Reps can assemble a personalized bundle of content before, during or after a call. This lets the customer quickly and easily access media and materials. Customer engagement with shared materials is tracked and reps get instant notifications in email and content interactions are recorded in CRM. This approach works great as a post-meeting follow-up or as a way to send materials ahead of a planned call or web meeting.
Responsive Web App
Don’t forget that your outside reps and anyone else in your organization also have access to the responsive web version of your app. It’s a connected/web-based version that’s great for desktop use and for use by team members that don’t need to install the native/offline version. It organizes and provides access to the same content set, includes Share+ content sharing and tracking.
Learn more about how StorySlab can help your sales teams in unique situations by bringing the outside sale into the comfort of the home office.
