How 3-Hour Rapid Deployment Actually Works

People never believe us when we say that StorySlab only takes 3 hours of your time to implement or that you’ll have access to a sales execution platform that’s tailored to your brand in just 30 days. That’s why we decided to share exactly how we make our onboarding so quick and easy for your team. (Spoiler: We do a lot behind the scenes.)
Quick Setup, Done for You
You probably don’t even want to think about your content. The fact that you’re even reading this means you likely have a lot of resources in a lot of different locations. You probably think that putting your content into StorySlab means you have to decide what you want to include and where you want to put it. But our team does all of that for you. Our content experts will organize your sales materials in an intuitive way that equips your reps for every pitch.
You may also think that 3-hour deployment sounds impossible. Well, that’s true. It takes us more than 3 hours, but everything else is done behind the scenes. StorySlab isn’t another project for your team. It’s a project our team handles for you. The time commitment on your end is about an hour a week for 3 weeks.
What Those 3 Weeks Look Like
Week 1 – Kick-Off Meeting (30 minutes)
Share feedback on your custom beta app, discuss the content you’d like us to add to your app, and tell us about any deadlines your team has for completion (like an important client presentation or virtual trade show). Otherwise, just go about your normal week while we get everything set up.
Week 2 – Select & Share Content (60+ minutes)
Tell us what content you’d like loaded into your branded StorySlab app. You can either share your files by dropping them into a cloud drive or point us to the many locations your content lives now and we’ll grab it all for you. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out. Otherwise, just go about your week.
Week 3 – User & CMS Admin Training (60+ minutes)
We’ll walk you and your team through the CMS and show your users how to navigate the app. (They can probably figure it out on their own, but a walk-through doesn’t hurt.) We’ll record this meeting so your team can reference it whenever they need it.
After that, StorySlab will be integrated into every sales call. You can start using it in-person and remote across your sales team. We provide ongoing account management and support if any of your reps need help.
What Users Say About Our Onboarding
Of course we think StorySlab is easy. Here’s what our users have to say about how quick and easy it was to implement.
“We had an app ready to try in the field in no time. It took less of my time and energy than I thought.” Mike DiFlorio – Commercialization & Creative Leader – Eaton
“I feel like we got a custom app without spending custom app time and money.” Rich Schlief – Director of Global Marcom – DSM Nutrition
“It probably took us about a week to move over a couple hundred assets into the system… it can’t be compared to a CRM or any of those kinds of systems. It’s as simple as if you were on a Mac and moving files and tiles around. It’s that quick and easy.” – Michael Johnson – Director of Marketing – Hanes
If you sign up now, you’ll have access to a sales execution platform tailored to your brand within 30 days and start saving an average of $5,730 per rep/per month. Plus, sales reps love StorySlab. Reach out to our team when you’re ready to equip your sales reps to have better sales conversations.
