The Platform
StorySlab is accessible on all devices. It’s a native app for iOS (iPad & iPhone), Android (tablet and phone), and Windows 10. It’s also accessible from any web browser.
All materials housed in StorySlab are accessible both on and offline so reps in the field don’t have to worry about dead zones.
Really! We believe you'll find success with StorySlab and don't want to hold anyone to a long-term commitment if they're already happy with the platform.
The Setup
We can have it in your users’ hands and ready for use in 30 days or less.
Leave the heavy lifting to us. All that's needed from you to get StorySlab live is a few hours over the course of 30 days. We'll do the content loading and setup for you, then train your team.
No, but we support all devices so your team can access StorySlab on their existing tablet, mobile phone, laptop, or desktop computer.
Customer Support
For access to your app, we recommend speaking with your company's StorySlab admin.
On the main login screen you'll see a prompt to 'Reset Password.' Follow the instructions at this link to get your password reset.
As a current administrator, you have a dedicated Customer Success Agent and an entire support team if your agent is busy or away. If you have a question or you’re stumped in any way, you can reach us at support@storyslab.com
